What type of person can receive online coaching?

Our coaching and consulting services are designed to support a wide range of men and women, from beginners to athletes. Have an intolerance or allergies? Have celiac or IBS? Our coaches can help with that too! We tailor our approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Not technology savvy? We will help you through this too!

Do I need to be a good cook or count calories?

You do not need to be a chef in the kitchen, we will talk about a hot chicken, frozen veggies and packaged salads can be your best friend some weeks. 

You'll receive an easy-to-follow personalised Meal plan for your calories and some additional example plans provided for you to get your started without needing to count calories initially, this will come with a meal-swap graph for easy changes (ie: rice to potatoes). 

You will have a My Fitness Pal guide on how to count your own calories and over time we will learn the tips and tricks and why to use tracking as a tool to make unique changes to your plan easily (like muesli bar to crackers and dip). Each week we will discuss your tracking tool and I'll help fine-tune your skills so you can understand the nutritional density of the food you eat. This knowledge is powerful.
