No, you do not need to be a chef in the kitchen. and No, you only need to count calories if you want to.
-> Basic Package: You'll have an app that will make recipes simple. You can switch these meals, repeat them or use the Cookbooks to find replacements similar in calories.
-> Premium: If you have upgraded, you'll receive a few easy-to-follow personalised Meal plans based on your calories. Over our time together with Masterclasses and resources I'll have you be able to create your own meal plans with foods you love most! This is exciting because it sets you up for success and confidence in yourself long term.
Weight loss clients. The first week you may lose up to 3kg as we drop water and glycogen storage. Once these have cleared you can plan to lose an average of .5kg of fat each week. This is dependent on your starting weight and lifestyle. We can move faster than .5kg average but let me know in your Questionnaire notes why you'd like to.
For muscle growth clients. This is dependent on previous relationship you have had with the gym. Muscle grows slowly and takes time and eating in a surplus but you will see growth across 12-52 weeks. Your weight on the scale will show both an increase of muscle and fat but with this approach we will do all we can to minimise fat storage while we maximise muscle growth.
