-> you'll receive a few easy-to-follow personalised Meal plans based on your calories. Through coaching, Masterclasses and resources I'll have you be able to create your own meal plans with foods you love most! This sets you up for successful long term results.
Weight loss clients.
-> The first week you may lose up to 3kg as we drop water and glycogen storage. Once these have cleared you can plan to lose an average of .5kg of fat each week. This is dependent on your starting weight and lifestyle. We can move faster than .5kg average but let me know in your Questionnaire notes why you'd like to. .5kg per week isn't slow! It's smart! It's 10kg in 20 weeks that is going to stay off rather than 10kg in 10 weeks that is going to have you irritated, hungry and disrupt your hormones.
Muscle growth clients.
-> This is dependent on how athletic you are. Muscle grows slowly and takes time and eating in a surplus but you will see growth across 12-24 weeks. We will minimise fat storage while we maximise muscle growth.
