She is also a mum of two and loves the beach.

Lauren is an expert fitness coach graduating top of her class at the VFA Geelong. With 10 years experience in the industry she has an eye for spotting your weaknesses, she will make sure you don't give up on this goal! It's too important and you are done waiting! With two kids and a business she knows BUSY. Lauren will ensure you find the plans simple and straightforward. so you can think less about what to do and more about your already full schedule.
